This policy applies to all Alternative Provision commissioned through Local Authorities, schools, academies, pupil referral units (PRUs), youth justice services, virtual schools, social care teams and other referring organisations.
Alternative Provision sessions are commissioned and timetabled in advance as part of an agreed programme of support. Time allocated to a young person is reserved exclusively for them and cannot ordinarily be reallocated at short notice.
Regular session times and locations will be agreed in advance with the family and/or referring organisation.

Families and referring organisations are encouraged to communicate any known absences, appointments or changes to availability as early as possible to support continuity of provision and minimise disruption.
Ray Ray's Boxing & Fitness is committed to providing consistent, high-quality support for young people. Regular attendance and clear communication between all parties help ensure that each young person receives the maximum benefit from their allocated provision.
Applies to group classes such as Ladies Boxing Fitness and any pop-up classes booked online.
Ray Ray's Boxing & Fitness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes where necessary. In such circumstances, participants will receive a credit or alternative session.
Applies to all 1:1 personal training and boxing coaching sessions — in-person, home visits, and block bookings.
Where possible, every effort will be made to accommodate requests to rearrange sessions, subject to availability.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of illness, emergencies or exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Ray Ray's Boxing & Fitness.
