About Me


I've always enjoyed competitive sport, but when I started boxing I fell in love.
Boxing & fitness are powerful for both the body & mind. They build confidence improve focus, & help you feel stronger, calmer & more in control in everyday life.
I'm an active fighter with experience in the ring & a qualified Level 2 England Boxing coach, as well as a Hatton Fundamentals, Advanced & Junior Boxing instructor, specialising in padwork.

I work with both men & women of all abilities, from complete beginners to those looking to challenge themselves physically & mentally. Sessions are tailored to the individual, supportive, and focused on long-term consistency rather than short-term motivation.
I'm also passionate about encouraging more women into boxing & fitness. My coaching style is confidence-building, non-intimidating & designed to help women feel strong, capable & comfortable in training spaces that can sometimes feel daunting. (Women only sessions avilable)

Alongside this, I work with alternative provisions, supporting young people with SEND & those who struggle with mainstream education. Boxing can be incredibly effective for emotional regulation, building positive habits & learning discipline over motivation, in an engaging way.

I have also completed England boxing's Coaching people with Parkinson's course & will be launching these sessions soon. Helping with balance coordination, mobility & confidence and creating a supportive community for people living with Parkinson's.

Every session is interactive, empowering & most importantly fun. Training should build you up, not break you down.
