About Me

A bit about me... I've always enjoyed competitive sports, but when I started boxing I fell in love. Boxing & fitness is not only great for your body but great for your mind too. I have experience in the ring & continue to remain an active fighter.

​

England boxing coach & Hatton fundamentals, advanced & juniors boxing instructor, specialising in pad work. 

I work with alternative provisions, supporting children with SEND & also those who struggle with mainstream school setting. Boxing can really help with emotional regulation, build good habits & learn discipline over motivation.

I will always make the session interactive & most importantly fun!

Ladies Group Coaching


Kickstart your fitness and build healthy habits before Christmas with this  Boxing fitness & building healthy habits program.

 

Designed for all fitness levels, this small-group program (max 8 participants) combines fun boxing workouts with habit coaching to help you:

  • Boost fitness, strength, and confidence

  • Build routines that stick

  • Stay motivated during the busy holiday season
